Endermites and End Watchers drop nothing. Silk touch can be used to obtain infested blocks for silverfish mining. Chest loot has currently been left untouched. While at a distance there are ways to make yourself sneaky, and ways to prevent yourself from being sneaky. Close up the only thing that will help you is being behind blocks so it can't see you.
